IP is committed to protecting the privacy of its clients
and other users of its online services.
We follow these policies:
E-mail addresses
We ask clients/users who contact osmosis IP online
to provide us with their e-mail addresses so we can
send them a reply and e-mail news briefings. We also
ask for e-mail addresses from users who want to be notified
about job openings in our fields.
These addresses are used only to send news and job
updates and account information to those clients/users.
osmosis IP never sells, rents, or lends e-mail addresses
of users to anyone.
E-mailed news and job updates may contain advertising,
and such advertising may be "targeted" based
on demographic information, e-mail domains, or post
codes. Such targeting is done through processes internal
to osmosis IP, and information from clients/users
is not made available to advertisers or anyone else
outside osmosis IP.
Clients/users can stop receiving e-mail messages
altogether, at any time by replying to the email with
UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject line.
User names and passwords
Each subscriber who registers to use this service
has a user name and password. Clients/users may use
names and passwords generated by osmosis IP.
Passwords are the private property of the clients/users.
For reasons of security and privacy, we do not give
out passwords to anyone. If you forget your password,you
can send yourself an e-mail reminder.
Postal mailing lists
osmosis IP rents its postal mailing list (but never
e-mail addresses) to organizations that wish to offer
products and services to its subscribers. Such mailings
may be "targeted" based on demographic information
or zip codes.
If you do not wish to receive such mailings, please
send an e-mail message to info@osmosisip.com.au. Please
include your account name and address as they appear
on your mailing label. That will help us to expedite
your request.
Survey information
osmosis IP may ask clients/users to provide demographic
or other information about themselves. This information
is used to help us deliver information and advertising
to users of our site. It is not shared with organisations
outside osmosis IP except when it is used to compile
postal mailing lists for rental. Providing this information
is optional.
